How the relationship works
Newgate is appointed as the stewardship and management layer for an asset or portfolio. We agree the asset plan, the reporting cadence and the decision thresholds up front, then operate within them.
Funding origination, transaction packaging and private capital opportunities sit with DebtQuity, a separate part of the group. Where a funding opportunity relates to an asset we manage, we provide only an approved public summary and direct qualified parties to the appropriate secure DebtQuity environment.
